We all knew it was coming…the break-ups and make-ups are officially over according to a publicist for Jennifer Lopez. The couple just couldn’t seem to rebound from the strip club visits, ex-Diddy’s, and the tanking of Gigli. Ben moved out of J. Lo’s L.A. mansion shortly after their break-up was officially announced and began looking for new digs. The couple that once was will not have to bear the publicity junket for their new movie Jersey Girl, since Lopez’s character is only in the film for 12-minutes. Thank goodness – that would have been disastrous!

Now what? It seems as if Ben’s career has taken a nosedive and like any good boyfriend, he blamed his relationship with J. Lo as part of the problem. The thing to think about is did Ben really have that great of a career? He had a good run as a supporting actor in Armageddon, Pearl Harbor, and Good Will Hunting, but since the mega success of those movies it seems that he had a mediocre run with Bounce, Reindeer Games, and Changing Lanes. It seems his career for the past year or so has been dating Jennifer Lopez.

Lopez, on the other hand, has reportedly turned to Sean Combs for comfort in the wake of her break-up with Ben. Reports are that she never wanted to break-up with P. Diddy , but did so on advice from her family, friends, and advisors for fear that a relationship with him could harm her career. It seems she just keeps going back to the Did after all her break-ups.
