Reportedly, Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston failed to sign a pre-nuptial agreement and are set to do some serious battle over their combined assets of approximately $190 million. Recently Pitt and Aniston announced that they were separating after almost five years of marriage. They released a joint statement saying that they "happily remain committed and caring friends," but now sources say that things could turn ugly. Between them they have a $15.2 million mansion, a $5.7 million yacht, a ranch, and a film company, Plan B.

A source close to the couple said, "Lawyers are already giving them advice that is not in each other's best interest. That is the way it goes in Hollywood. A major row is in the cards. It's only a matter of time. The word in the divorce community is nobody did a pre-nup. That's surprising because of the huge sum of money involved."

One of the biggest rumors surrounding the break-up is that Pitt had an affair with Angelina Jolie on the set of their new movie. Jolie has recently lashed out at these reports claiming she was just a "shoulder for Pitt to cry on." She does acknowledge that the two became close during filming, but insists it never turned romantic. She also hinted that the marriage went kaput because of the lack of children. Jolie says she has been "painted as the Wicked Witch of the West" and a "marriage wrecker." She says the truth is "I was there to help him through his pain. He longs to be a father and he’s been in emotional turmoil for a long time because that hasn’t happened for him."
