Jessica Simpson Biography

Jessica Simpson is one of the America’s famous pop star. Among the pictures of Britney Spears, Janet Jackson, Jennifer Lopez she also shares the face of pop world. In very short span of her career she traveled her journey from an ordinary school going naughty girl to the mature celebrity level.

Jessica Simpson was born on July 10, 1980 in Dallas, TX. Jessica belongs to middle class well educated family. She has one younger sister named Ashlee. Her father is a psychologist by profession. Well who else can be a better father than a psychologist. Her mother has a good hand in embroidery and she also has designed much of her dresses. She also helps Jessica in her business affairs.

Right from her childhood she had a very lively nature always dancing and singing. She was elected Homecoming Queen two years in a row at J.J. Pierce High School. Her father being a psychologist realized this thing and kept her pushing in maintaining her interest and played a major role in giving her career a proper shape. Her father works as the congregation's youth minister in the local Baptist church. The roots of her art were rowed in this church. As always not all get a go right from start. She also had initial hick-ups. Young Jessica was unsuccessful for the audition that was carried for selecting the squad for singing team. Later she improved on her voice and sang songs with great promise as future prospectus. Her voice fell on the ears of a person who was the head of tiny CCM label.

They soon started preparing for the release of her debut album. They spent three years in releasing her first public release. Unfortunately the CCM label went into through its shutting period and her dreams of becoming a great singer were shattered. Her Grandmother helped however could not see her daughter’s sadness and she provided some funds to them. Soon she become subject to talk on. She now was the most popular kid in the Christian Youth Conference circuit.

She didn’t settle down to this and wanted her skill to be known by thousands of people all over the world. Soon she got a chance to work with Sony Company and happily signed the agreements. She went on tours in support of boy-band sensations 98 degree. Year 1999 was the year when major label debut Sweet Kisses was released. As expected the hard paid off and her song "I Wanna Love You Forever" made people crazy about her and made her star with just one release of her song. Her next album was released in spring 2001.The performance was not to the mark and was reflected with less selling out of her album. While moving ahead in her career she didn’t neglected her friends on the contrary her friendship strengthened. Nick Lachey a tall young handsome was always there as her friend. The friendship converted to love gradually and they tied knots in 2002.

Her appearances in several episodes of That 70s Show didn’t gain her that celebrity touch until it was 2003. Her third released album, which was well worked upon appeared in July. The album "Sweetest Sin" was a reasonable chart hit, moreover the success of Newlyweds, gave her teetering career a second chance. Her second solo "With You" performance gained her the popularity she was looking for. The album was famous among the MTV crowd and was again released by spring 2004. This incorporated reworked versions of Berlin's "Take My Breath Away" and Robbie Williams' "Angels" and also an additional footage from the first season of Newlyweds was included.

Jessica is currently working on albums in which she is trying to experiment on new things. The set which she presents through her album add to the beauty and passionate songs bring life to her album are now her trade marks. Her creativity is seen in these releases which show the way she molds herself into the song. For e.g. the cheerful rhythm pop and sultry R&B and is a compilation of funk-fortified songs and stylish contemporary ballads. Jessica has the skill and self-belief of a well seasoned performer.
