Lotti I may have had an unsucessful abortion and now need to go and find out monday and i would be devastated if my baby has health or deformaties so yeah i think they should take more care in doing their job but also women should take a form of contrecetion too so they are not overrun.. 9/3/2010
miranda i think the woman is crazy first getting an abortion and then trying to sue the clinic for the baby being born. and then sueing for the baby having heath problums during the aortion. i think the woman should be happy she did not kill a baby and could send the baby for adoption but no she has to sue the people for not killing the baby . many people in the world are flying all over the world just trying to get any baby healthe or injured. what i know for a fact is that woman is going striate to HELL nomattesr what she does or says or prays. 4/20/2009

Travis While I am not a lawyer it would seem to me, by analogy, that it also has implications for children with birth defects due to the mother's alcoholism or drug habits. Will they be able to hold her liable years down the road for things like fetal alcohol syndrome, or being born drug-addicted and having developmental disorders as a result? 5/21/2008
