happyhealthy1 You can say that again! I have never looked at the quality of meat the same again after reading this book, and will NEVER eat fast food meat again. I love that this book exposes the disgusting secrets fast food restaurants have especially since this is where most families take their kids to eat on a regular basis. Great read if you are searching for your health and looking for inspiration to stop eating out! 6/7/2006
