George Thomas It is misleading to state that DirecTV as 24/7 customer service. My experience is that DirecTV has extremely poor ie. no customer service. The so called customer service people with whom I have been in contact were of no help and were more interested in selling a one year service plan for sixty bucks. 11/13/2008
Linda I think both satellite companies are about the same. What I cannot understand is why a person cannot choose only the channels they want instead of a package that contains channels they do not want and to get the channels one really wants they have to choose the package with the most channels. The company that makes this available will be the leader. 5/5/2007
