More over I would like to say that the people of spirituality, what ever be the path, be it music, vocal, arts, holistic healers, have their own creativity. Einsteine was good creator due to his love to music, Newton was observer of the nature. Most of the writers are good observers of the nature and society. They must have faced some problems but with stood and became succesful, in the HOPE of good future. This Hope gives the energy tomorrow it may be better, or I may get better result. Of course a Human is Human, at least he realizes it before death, that what he has done to the other humans. Example Noble he created dinamite and made this world a terrorists den or antisocials. Giving the same peace prize for Mother Theressa and Gorbachev, one who served the deprived and one who broke the country, shows how mean is the human race. Mother Theressa's work is uncomparable to any others work. She is a Spiritual Leader. Noble peace prizes are given for science also, thier works also can not be compared with Mother Theressa's work. Similarly Scholar Ravindranath Tagore's literary exponent can not be compared with any other scientific achievements. As they again stand alone for history and spirituality. Simply the Spiritual Leaders are not beggars, they work for the society. Only inhumans exploit the nature and the lives under the name of scientific and technological development. If science is for the development of the people it should be taken as Thomas Alwa Edison, who aslo worked above the science, similarly CV Raman, Issac Newton etc. In Indian system usage of all the herbs and plants and their products are traditional knowledge including the food products. Science and Spirituality are north and south poles. science is for breaking tand fragmenting the nature for individuals cause and destroying the nature, spirtuality is for uniting for the human cause to preserve and sustain the nature so as the life continues on this earth. |

Actually what I understand is that ther is no correlation between science and spirituality. As it becomes one's own experience of meditation and other practices to understand inner meanings of life. Some times while doing this one may be under extreme energy producer, if it is used possitively it is okay other wise it may take out the life in a jiffy. Here positively means not for materialist aspects for doing good by true path of life and mantaining the justice and law of the nature and also respecting it. Spirituality may explain all other aspects of sciences but the reverse is not true.
Hence it said in the texts of Vedic Sciences that everybody has two atmas, one runs in the body to mind continuously and the other one makes every thing to run including first one, it is called paramatma. where it goes what it does nobody knows. even some people know about it they keep mum. first atma makes you to run after materialistic aspects, unless one control his/her own emotions/ego's/inhumanistic behaviour/racial feelings etc. it is difficult to realize what is spiritual force that runs the life.
there are instances where the god himself became servant to his disciple. The almighty sending his chariot to collect his divoty. Even the the almighty has paid the money that he is supposed to pay to a king.
some of the highly ordered persons after attaining some stages of spirituality started to serve the people, educate the people how to servive and supporting the life. Mother Theressa, Sri Ravishankar, Sri Ramakrishna Param Hans, Swami Vivekananda, Shirdi Saibaba, Prophet Mohammad, Jesus Christ etc.
The motive behind all the spirituality is Live Let Others Live. If possible help the needy, encourage to live happily. this what continues the life on this earth. There are so many down trodden people who are deprived by the Greedy/Creedy to have some thing for food virtually no medical facilities. Give a hope for them to continue their life. After all they also have born like us, what evr be the circulstances they too have right to live. |

Science of Spirituality By Bheemeswar D and Janakiraman K
Introduction: Assumptions are the base of any scientific theory and its development and progress. Presently in the advanced stage of science and technology which is progressing very rapidly. Still there are questions that are to be answered. Any advancement should also accompany with development of mind untouched by religion or undue influences, which hinder the progress of mankind. In general in science we do experiment with materials to know their properties and use them for the betterment of the mankind. For this certain hypothesis or assumptions are made and utilized for advancement of sciences. In spiritual sciences the assumptions are different because we are dealing with our own body and mind. In order to observe or feel the certain changes in our own body and mind we need to cleanse the body and then the entire system from unwarranted material, which may hinder the mind to observe or feel about them.
By birth each and every life is clean in mind and body is to some extent free from unwarranted things. There may be some defects while birth, which is mainly due to unclean body of bearer or genetic disorders. Which are not in the control of the mankind. But most of them can be overcome except genetic disorders provided the birth is normal/natural. As the children grow their body and mind are influenced by the society and the societal needs and not but not the least is the influential people they come across during the developmental stages. This causes the unrest and also raises the unruliness and other antihuman activities.
Here in this I am discussing about how to clean ones own body and mind in order to live like a human being and helpful to the society so as the life can extend further for farther distances in coming ages.
Step 1: 1. Irrespective of religion or race or region or cast or sect people should know how to respect others as their own kind. 2. Accept the persons as they are. We belong to each other as human beings. Show affection and care for them.
Step 2: 1. Do your body loosening exercises coupling with some stretching the body muscles. 2. Do some pranayam breathing techniques learn from teachers, this helps in pumping in enough oxygen into the body and clears the blood. This helps in loosening abdominal muscles and also diaphragm. 3. Do some fast breathings bastrika to loosen the body muscles more and gives very good relaxation to spinal chord. This should be learnt from teachers only. 4. Do some very slow breathings followed by medium breathings and rapid breathings in comfortable position. This should be repeated for three times then give a long rest to the body so as the breathing becomes normal. This enhances further cleaning of the body and also mind to some extent. Most of the toxins in the body or reduced to minimum by this technique. These are sufficient for the normal duties of any man kind. 5. For further cleaning of the body one has to do some rigorous yoga techniques for further loosening and clearing the mind. (additional oxygen pumping coupled with muscle stretching) 6. Do some very very long inhaling, paused and very very slow exhaling techniques (meditation) techniques to further clean the mind. 7. Do the same as given in 6 by concentrating your mind at different chakras of your body in order to clean and energize those chakras.
These make ones body and mind healthy.
There are so many people and courses who teach, preach these techniques.
Best out of all these entire is basic and advanced courses offered by Art of Living foundation, Bangalore. One can visit web site artofliving.org to collect nearby or local addresses for more information.
In this the assumptions are that: 1. The oxygen pumped in reduces the toxins and also extra glucose/proteins in the body. Thereby enhances the metabolism. This in turn activates the central nervous system to normal functioning. 2. One can concentrate at different locations of the body by closing the eyes. 3. Humankind is same in all geographical conditions, irrespective of their religion and customs 4. During the course period one has to strictly adhere to vegetarian food and be away from other unnatural habits like smoking, alcohol and drug addiction.

This is what is Indian Spirituality ( Entire Vedic Sciences)
Dhuniya poora goal Hai : Entire world is round and circle
women, paisa, kursi and wine Ka peeche pagol hai : Everybody is after materialistic aspects and comforts
A good teacher all ways tells as foolows:
What I have taught you is nothing.
What you have gained from this course is nothing.
When both are added, if you do something you become something.
Actually it can go to Infinity or to any form. All the paths lead to the same place.
Other wise do nothing become nothing
We humans have brains and why we cannot coexist and continue the life on this earth in Peace, Harmony and Serenity.

Here I am giving bellow entire gist of Geetha and also Astavakra Getha.
"One who travels in the path of truth, does the yuga dharmam, whatever be the distrations goes on the same path of truth that is light, and lights the minds of the like minded towards the cause of the nature and makes every body happy, those who are after materialistic world you know what happens.....
Eight Paths of Light
By Bheemeswar D, dbjeemeswar@yahoo.co.in
There are eight paths of light, which are predominant in nature. Ray of Light: It is evident that the light is primary source of life on this earth’s surface. A beam of light or a shaft of light or a ray of light triggers the mechanisms in the green and develops different materials on the greens, whatever be the surface exposed develops its own mechanism and prepares the materials which useful one way or other to its existence. When this light ray is obstructed by any material it behaves differently, which are again root cause of different phenomenon. The different phenomenons which are predominant are given bellow:
1. Scattering: By scattering it deviates from the path of original direction and breaks into its constituents. And thus makes the mater of the obstruction mesmerized, 2. Reflection: By reflection it bounces back in different direction creates mirror images or complex conjugates, 3. Diffraction: By diffraction the light slightly deviates from the path of the original direction creates illusions, 4. Interference: By interference of the different constituents of the light forms fringes of infinite colours, creates amazement, 5. Spectral lines: Each constituent of light forms its own spectra by its own interfering fringes or spectral lines, characteristic of the all materials. 6. Absorption: When light or its constituents are absorbed by the obstructing materials, they excite it and emit the characteristic of the light or its constituents or its varieties by which the materials are identified. 7. Dispersion: The light which has fallen on one material does neither of the above characteristics; it disperses into all the directions spherically, also called as polarizing, high inertial materials. 8. Unison: The light that has all the above items 2 to 7, has the knack of combining after certain period of time or travel of distance
