I recently took a lie detector test, and the man who gave me the test said this is not a lie detector test? He said its alright to be nervous,I was nervous because i have a clean record. Later he comes in and says you failed! He tried for maybe 30 minutes for a confession, that i never gave, and he told the detectives that i did the crime. How missed up is that? The crime im being accuse of,well there is know evidence,I was allowed to remove my cloth, and other articles. No dna test was done on this girl? Of course this is williamson county in georgetown texas. |

My son's ex-girlfriend's daughter (now 9-10) has recently accused him of sexually molesting her (3 years ago). The police have asked him to take a polygraph test, he is innocent of this but still afraid of this testing. What should he do? Can Police arrest him if he "fails"or arrest him if he doesn't take the test, only on this little girls say so? This article and every other one I have researched do not seem to be for this type of testing. |

I have a question? If you have been convicted of a crime and are on probation and you have to take a polygraph test, during that test do they have a right to ask you questions about what you did prior to your conviction -if so shouldnt a lawyer be present?or should they only be asking you about compliance of your probation etc. |
