PRDURHAM I dont know what to do. I just want to know how other women deal and cope with the weight. i weigh 300 pounds. Gained 100 pounds in a year and a half. I do good. Then right back to the old ways. I dont want my entire family to go down with the ship. I can barely lose for myself: I have two little girls and a husband to feed too. 5/17/2008
Sally B these articles are all well and good but I have found with my doctor, I am just told to eat less and then asked to sign my insurance form and sent on my way......it's like I am not taken seriously or have some contagious disease when mentioniong help with my weight. I have lung disease and therefore find it very difficult to exercise and with my oxygen trailing behind me, nearly impossible but still.....all I seem to get when discussing help are mean looks and ignorance. 2/7/2008
Angela, Mich Superb information for the diet minded person...thank you. 6/21/2007
Adri No matter how much I tell myself that I can do it, I still get hungry again...and I'll end up eating and eating uncontrollably. Any suggestions on how to stop temptations like these? 8/17/2006
