William Otis This is overly simplified, and gives very little useful information. The average homeowner wouldn't be advised to attemp building a mud pan shower without more experience in tile setting, and cement work. My feeling here is that this author has little knowledge of this topic, and has probably never done it himeself. Probably only a "technical writer", and a poor one at that. 12/30/2007
