| Get some sense. | Gods, really, it "doesn't seem reasonable" for a restaurant to have to pay this guy money for firing him over such a low risk position? Hundreds of people eat food prepared by HIV+ persons every day. And how many of these people are infected by this route? Obviously hardly any.
