Brenna I just lost 53 pounds in less than 4 months. The "secret"? Eat sensibly, and exercise regularly. My exercise was, and is, walking. I started off at a couple of blocks a day, now I walk for an hour, from 3-6 times a week. It's the best part of my day, I'm sorry if I have to miss it! I feel so much better. The pounds are simply dropping off, my skin is clearer, and I have tons of energy--I even quit drinking caffeine! 7/2/2007
