New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin Backtracks on Inflammatory Comments
During his Martin Luther King Day speech, New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin said God sent hurricanes and violence to New Orleans because he is angry at the United States, and God wants the city to be rebuilt as an African-American city.
