felix clark Dear Keith, good day: I,m preparing a student to sit exams at the premises of the Briitish council, in Caracas, Venezuela, and i,m at a loss on which exam she should sit, There are two options: the British Council IELTS, or any of the City & Guilds qualification exams. What doy you recommend?
