Pam I don't know about luggage, but I just purchased a $69.99 backpack yesterday from Staples and the cheap crap lock that came with it locked me out today so I had to break it with a hammer and now the zipper won't open that it was locked on to. What a piece of garbage for $69.99 - it seems very ergonomic and comfortable, but it's definitely going back to the store. I told one of the managers that she should find all the locks on the Heys backpacks and throw them out so other customers don't have the same problem, but she didn't seem overly concerned. Gotta love poor customer service ( no apology forthcoming, either), and garbage products. 8/4/2009
cricket the heys luggage is pretty but the quality is not there.
especially the quality of the pull out handles, i have 2 pieces of the cruzer model.
both handles broke during my first trip and they broke while i was pulling them out, not by airport staff or mistreatment.
so pretty so cheap.		 2/1/2008
