David Marshall An excellent article, spelling out plainly the truth. If only Royal Mail would listen to its customers, it would accelerate up the well loved companies scale. Unfortunately it decides instead to hide behind "corporate speak", hiding the truth from the people who pay for its now expensive services. 12/14/2008
Paul white I am sick of Royal mail they have LOST so they say around 20 of my parcels over the last 2 years and lost me time and money sorting it out. There is too many theifs working for them.I know i have a brother in law who works for them and has seen it going on with his own eyes.We pay them money for nothing but grief. 8/12/2008
J Murray I think the Royal Mail should be closed down. I have lost count of mail I have sent disappearing and of important mail I was expecting not arriving. The stories we read of theft on a grand scale by some Royal Mail workers is incredible. The complaints procedure is a waste of time and gets us nowhere. Penalties for postal theft are so low that they are not a deterrent. Something MUST be done as the Royal Mail is a disgrace to this country 4/25/2008
JABA WARKI During the past few months, my letters have been opened by someone at the post office. The envelopes are then resealed and sent out. On one occasion, the medication sent to me was actually removed and the remainder of the package despatched to my address. Another package was sent to me but never arrived. VERY ANNOYING 11/23/2007

Cravin Morehead I reckon you should take a hair dryer down to the local street and point it at people and see if they slow down 2/6/2006
