carine Hi, I learned about this diet 5 yrs ago. I was told to do the Weight watchers on the 4 days off and build up to the maximum points (ex: 20-25, on fri do 20, sat do 21, sun do 25). The first time I did it I lost 20 lbs in 5 weeks. Went from 186 to 166. I only gained 5 lbs back and didn't diet for a year. Guess what! I was still 166-170 that entire year. I only gained the 5 lbs back give or take. The next year I did it again for 3 weeks and lost another 13 lbs. Never gained it all back. For the next year I bounced from 146-155 but never back to the 166. Then I did it again about a year later and went from 143 to 127 in about a month or 2. (thats because I cheated some)...but then I got pregnant so I gained alot (needless to say), now I am doing it again. 3 weeks ago I was 168 and now I am about 150. I end up quitting after about a month because I hit my plateau and theres no more rewards . I need to find a way to jumpstart the weight loss agian because I don't want to quit and only do it for 1 month at a time anymore, I want to do it for 2 months and get double the weight loss (example: 40 lbs). But just to those doubting it, as long as you follow weight watchers or some diet that controls your eating on the 4 days off, it does work! I recommend weight watchers, because if its up to me, I have very little self control unless a diet is telling me what to eat or how much to eat. 11/4/2008

BOBO The Diet really works!!! I've used it several times myself
for thoes extra un-wanted pounds. A great way to lose weight fast
without feeling empty. The reward is the vanilla ice-cream. It's
something to look forward to ate the end of your meal!!!
