Barry Interestingly, lawer took $1000 and said nothing legally they can do. Real Estate agent went to 4 members of condo with lie about needing spot for "mother", all 4 signed over to him and was actually a development company. Is this against real estate code of ethics? 3/8/2006

A lie is a lie, whether it convinces a buyer to sign a contract or to get a seller to sell his property. It is unethical, immoral, and illegal. If that has happened to you, it is WRONG!
