Thanks for the Sundae

The Whippersnapper was a little hole-in-wall seafood restaurant located just down the road from the Biltmar Hotel on Treasure Island Beach. It was known for its famed rainforest mural depicting colorful toucans and lush greenery that covered the entire outside of the building.
