betsy Great site! I need help. In a newspaper article, you recently stated that you can get AOL for $9.95. I'm still paying $21. Problem is, I can't figure who to call or how to change it via my computer. Can you give me idiot proof instructions? Also, if I switch to cheaper version, what if anything will I lose?

Thanx so much for your help!!

Dorthy (Ouri) I purchased "iobi" a call waiting software from Verizon. It wouldn't interface with Norton/Symantec virus protection I already have. Too late I discovered this and now I can't get it off my computer. It pops up when I lot on and it's very annoying. Got any suggestions? 5/11/2006
