Robert Butler Other countries? These weapons or related high tech equipment is experimenting on US citizens, right now. Many US citizens with little or no criminal record are lab rats for covert operatives and their experimentation with pulsed EMFs and other heinous terrorism. I have been tortured for ten years by four different groups at every place I moved to during the process. For the last four years these sadistic operatives have been experimenting and torturing me 24/7 with EMF equipment. They need no excuse to torture as they are cut from this cloth at birth, but give them the smallest reason - work at the computer - and they will commence to torture with numerous painful sensations. Some are neurologically induced while others appear not to be. We haven't the foggiest notion why these sadistic operatives have chosen us specifically when there are real criminals to torture. Some are single (there's no witness to confirm events), some are disabled, still the reasons are unclear.
Make no mistake, it is happening and we are not all delusional, even though an incredulous public would have us believe we are.		 5/15/2006
