Jeff Labno I began eating grapes most every night when watching TV as a sweet snack. Yesterday I weighed myself noticing I'd lost 7 pounds, probably in about 2 weeks. I just ran across your article today about how grapes help with weight loss, so it makes me wonder.

I'm going to continue eating grapes nightly; and I would like to loose 12 more pounds to be at my ideal weight of 155.
