Mom of Six Wow! It worked so well with 70%. I can't imagine what 90% would do. The (blue pen) ink had been setting on my carpet for at least 3 days. I just didn't think it was possible that it could be removed. This tip is undoubtedly a keeper :) 10/13/2009
rach vinegar and baking soda. then scrub it with oxyclean powder. then take bleach pen, mix with water, and leave there for a few minutes. then scrub carpet with soap and water. then let towel absorb the water. then spray the carpet with OxySpray and let it sit there. spray Oxyspray on it everyday. 9/19/2008

Sarah Roush Thank you for the heplful answers. my son spilled tattoo ink on my carpet thankfully its a dark color but you can still see the black ink. rubbing alcohol is a great cheap way to remove the ink! thanks 6/21/2007
