Dear Mr. Vijay Kumar,
I feel that you are a misguided Human Being!
I am not advocating any sexual practice but by avoiding sex or masturbation what supernatural power do you think the person will get? A person achieves greatness in his life by choosing a worthy purpose for his life & working for it!
Merely abstaining from masturbation or sex may give you some high but trust me it will only be an illusion.
Mind has been given to human beings for thinking & not for wasting energy by reciting mantras!
Don't you think endless repetition of mantras in hope of getting some power is an illusion. What power you want. Nature has already given human beings excessive powers. We have taken control of the whole earth & are now exploring universe.
People like you may argue that we don't have power to control our mind. But tell me what does control of mind mean?
Just becoming slave of the teachings of so called scriptures & gurus & beleiving all the rotten things they tell!
Sex is a basic urge like food & water. There is no question of overindulgance if you don't unnaturally supress it.
It should & must not be abused but every human being has right to enjoy sex & masturbation and no one has right to put any any restrictions unless it harms others. By restrictions I mean any restrictions Physical, Legal, Social, Emotional or Moral. All Human Beings are having an equally capable mind. What makes you & gurus like you to think that they have acquired some special knowledge to preach others that what is morally right or wrong for an individual. Now don't ever be proud that you have won your sexual urges to some extent. Even if you have done so t is not an achievement & it gives you no special power or intelligance. Instead stop taking sex so seriously. It is a normal healthy component of nature. If properly used it will give every one pleasure |

What a load , (pun intended) The reason it's hard to not masturbate it that trying to repress this function is unnatural. It can lead to prostate infections , and can damage your sex drive permanently so if you succeed in no longer having any urges congrats , as by creating some type of desfunctional mental hangup and physical damage don't be surprised when married under God (if that's your goal) when you can't function sexually for your wife either too bad you can't turn off that mother sister complex at will once you don't need it ( prepare for impotence or extreamly premature ejaculation ie your pants aren't even off yet) No one says you need to sleep around with people you don't care about , or wack off all the time, to excess or to hardcore pornography but on the other end if you believe in God , then believe God made humans in his image and made them as sexual beings so that they could share joy and love. Why not let the idea of love and joy, imagining a special connection that you will some day share with some one you love deeply factor into your fantasies. Imagine giving somone else joy and expressing love as sex is truely about this and masterbation is just a way that your body and mind remain prepared for this. Viewing normal , healthy non excessive masturbation as a sinful, self centered, viceral, self gratifacation is vary harmfull to your spirit and as for the every women is your mother and sister remeber if not for your mother being a sexual being niether you nor your sister would exsist. Also their is nothing wrong with having sex with a women you love , respect , and know as a person , infact this is preferable so be carefull when deliberatly creating the association in your mind that you should not become arroused by any women you respect and know as a person by thinking of her as family. Yes the women you fantasise about is likely someones sister and who knows someday could be your wife and some ones mother (your childerens mother). Stop being ashamed and if you are devout christian accept your God given sexuality in a positive and spirtual way or you will be perverting what is perhaps his greatest gift and may some day find that you can not truly experience one of the most spirtual and wonderfull connections between two human beings. What you perscribe sounds like a recipe for inducing , disfunction, mental illness , or perhaps even making yourself gay. Stop worrying about your masturbation , don't be excessive in it or assocate it with negative, demeaning, pornographic or dehumanizing concepts or sin. There are to many other things to devote your time to other than obsessing over masturbation , this is just as unproductive as one who engages in it excessivly as you are both fixating on it and obsessing on it wasting time and energy. Also this is damaging to your well being as considering this negative or wicked will mean they you may never come to see sex as one of lifes most spiritual and beautiful experiences. If that becomes the case then I truly pitty you. |

Let me bring some facts to the table.
Some guys cannot masturbate. Masturbation comes from adaption, it's a way of satisfying yourself. Human males were meant to satisfy themselves within the body of a female, even from the age of 12, depending on when they reach this time in puberty. It's simple science.
Since, in this day and age, it (sex performed at these young ages) is not considered publicly acceptable, nor easily attainable in some places, and among other reasons, males (with the exception of some) learn to adapt to this sociological discrepancy by masturbating.
I'll keep my personal opinions to myself, seeing as

What?! There is nothing wrong with masturbation, I don't know where the idea that your semen needs to be "stored" to retain your life force. This sounds like Christian dogma. In basic high school Biology we learn that semen is constantly being produced and that which isn't ejactulated is just absorbed by the blood stream and the individual sperm dies. There is no "life force" to this. The sperm are produced and if not used they die. |
