An estimated 430,000 deaths each year are directly caused by cigarette smoking. Smoking is responsible for changes in all parts of the body, including the digestive system and human impotence.

anthony veronica... preservatives in food, alcohol, that pollution from your vehicle (benzene), mercury in fish, artificial sweetner in your diet drinks, etc. all that and you harp on smokers? id like to take a look at your arteries. smoking is bad, yes. but who says the stuff listed above is or isnt worse. last time i checked benzene is the most carcinogenic chemical known to man, and its in pollution from vehicles. think about that next time youre in traffic 8/21/2007
anthony eat me. ill smoke as long as i want. why dont you do a study on alcohol, more people drink alcohol than people smoke cigarettes. who said the lungs are more important that ones kidneys or liver. 8/21/2007
cleon suggs I smoked for 30yrs.,and from personal experience my health improved dramatically,better lung capacity,smoother skin,better appetite just feeling more energized.it has been9yrs. since my last cigarette. 3/8/2007

chris01 smoking is not good for u who ever smokes should give it up. i am speaking from experience i have been smoking since i was 12 now i have throat cancer. just to warm all you young smokers out there it not worth throwin your life away for a cheap thrill. 4/14/2006
