Eve Pitwon I have a problem with my two dogs. They are both 7 years old, have been housetrained. Recently they have both started soiling in the house. Doesn't seem to be related to any outside influence, i.e. loud noises, strangers etc... Does anyone have any advice or ideas on how to deal with this? 11/3/2008
Lydia This has been very helpful to myself and friends that I have forwarded to. Can't thank you enough. I couldn't find anything about dogs pacing though. My friends dog has just started doing this for no reason that we know of. 3/7/2008

Arlene this is a question, since I don't see it addressed anywhere. Can dogs develop behavioral tics, such as scratching themselves where there is no apparent reason. (no ticks or fleas) and the area is consistantly the same one. More particularly, if this happens can it be to replace a previous behavior that was eliminated (licking a surgery site).?????? 8/25/2006
a.m. Ham My dog will not sleep more than 6 hours during the night, How can I make her sleep longer?
She has a unusal "tic" in that she shakes her head back and forth snd bites the air motion. She likes dark places.
