JP	Most recently, I requested from Judge McBride III a Court date, and that I would like to represent myself. Judge McBride III has denied me a Court date. That is, I had no idea of the procedures and he cc the letter to the adequate chain command. Judge McBride ordered me to attend a Mediation Session. I had to agree to sign that I would not disclose any information or the contract would be cancelled. Well nothing was agreed, so I will tell: ALFRED PARHAM said that he makes less now as a Vice Principal than a Teacher. Well, the Judge believed it, and so Alfred Parham pays less now as a Vice Principal.	3/11/2011
JP	February 25, 2011 NAACP 1000U St. NW #100 Washington, DC Dear NAACP: I have been asking for adequate Child Support. Vice President Biden was able to garnish Alfred Parham’s wages and I started to receive adequate Child Support. Now, Alfred Parham took me to Court without me knowing about the Court date. He no longer has wage garnishments and he decreased the child support money. The child is in private school and I never received any military money that was due or any investment monies. Alfred Parham abandoned me and our sick little baby. Social services would not let me have a lawyer and so I have been left to defend myself. I tried to get a lawyer when I lived in Georgia and no one would represent me. I am now calling lawyers while at work and I’m getting the same response. No one in Columbus, GA will represent me. That is, I am asking for one of your lawyers to represent me. If I cannot get any type of representation, I will be requesting from Judge McBride III that I represent myself. JP	I just received a letter from the Law Offices of Leslie L. Cohn, P.C. I had called Mr. Cohn's Office and the secretary said that the court date had been cancelled. Come to find out they had a court session without me being present. Poor, poor me. I had no idea of the Court session and a decision was made with Alfred Parham, his attorney and Judge McBride III. Here's a copy of my letter to Judge McBride. Question, what do I do if Judge McBride doesn't understand? January 18, 2011 Judge Bemon G. McBride III Superior Court Muscogee County 100 10th Street, Government Center – Tower, 4th Floor Columbus, GA 31902 Dear Judge McBride III: Upon receiving notification of a Court Session from the Mediator (two-week notice), after the Mediator Session; I called Leslie L. Cohn’s Office and I was informed that the Court Session was cancelled and that I would be notified of a new Court Date. However, once again, I have had a Court Order Session without my representation (e.g., Final Order on Modification of Child Support). Moreover, I have not been served any papers for a recent Court Date. I was Notified of a Modification Date and I did attend the telephone session. That is, no decision was stated to me, as per the comment made by the Mediator that no decision was made. I am being considered for employment. I will have a job by next month. I would like to request a 90 day time period to save money for an attorney and to be able to make the $1,000 trip to Georgia at my (custodial parent) expense. JP	Talk about being a Golf Pro. Well, I'm the one who found the golf clubs, bag, tees, and balls. Alfred, later had the clubs customized. After this I guess he can be described as one of the best. I never got upset behind the little black sexy panties that I saw when he was pulling them out of the dryer. I just asked whose drawers were they and he said they belonged to a child. Well, they may have been small enough to have belonged to a child, but I don't think a mother would put something like that on her little girl. So, if I haven't cried enough, how about, when he walked out and left me with a two and a half sickly infant - who the physicians had said would be a SIDS child. Alfred said to me that he knew that I wouldn't be with just any man and that he would take care of my needs until I found someone else. Well, in the meantime his cousin (Ivy's sister) told me that he had only been out of my house for two weeks and was already asking her if she had any girls for him. In addition, rumor had it in Michigan that he had left me for another woman.	1/18/2011

JP	Alfred, I'm glad I have your undivided attention. But, the next time you talk to me or write to me, you need to be more respectful. I am no longer your wife and I am another man's woman. My conversation with you is only about the needs of our child. I'm sorry you feel the way you do about my inserts, but I don't know how to take advantage of people they way you walked all over me- those weren't your exact words to other people. You see my friend, Ms. Y, told me what you were saying about me. I just held it all inside. And, when I met the woman in Alabama she made me promise that I would not do anything to you. Ok, I promise to keep my word. Instead of hurting you in anyway, I am asking for national legislation. I am putting inserts in as events happen so, I won't forget them. I believe that people should have assess to the money that they are suppose to have and that the United States has not made adequate provisions for people to receive the money that's due. I have heard stories from other military wives about what they have had to do as a means of survival, because they could not get access to this money. As long as you continue to try to psych me out , continue to take away money that's due, threaten to beat me up, and threaten to sue me; I will continue to ask the President of the United States of America for "Adequate Child Support for All." JP	What kind of man lies on his little girl? I spoke with Alfred Parham today to ask him if a child support payment had been made and he said that he made it. I had him on the speaker phone, because my phone receiver doesn't work very well. So, I asked him if he wanted to talk to his daughter and he said, "Yes." I told our little girl that her father was on the phone and wanted to talk to her. So, they exchanged a few lines and she left. I asked if she wanted to talk to him anymore and she said that she was finished. So, I went to remind Alfred if he had paid for her glasses and braces. I wanted to let him know that I was changing dentists, but that the child still needed the glasses. She needs braces, but I think I'll be changing the dentist. He said that he didn't know anything about saying anything about the glasses and braces. I told him that the mediator told me that he said that he would think about it, but that he was not committed to do anything. Now, this did not go on during the mediation so, I'm not violating any rules. You see I had to sign a paper that I would not disclose any information from the mediation session or no agreement would be continued. I'll insert a different announcement about how I was abused during the session. Again, it's not disclosing what was discussed as far as arrangements, just how I was man-handled. So, Alfred told me that the Mediator didn't say anything that the Mediator told me. Ok. Alfred went on fussing at me about what I've posted. I told him that I didn't want to discuss me, I only want to discuss about the child. He threated to sue me, I guess that's what he called himself doing. I should have threatened to sue him and Sheila. You see, I lost our first baby. And, if that weren't enough, I was on my way to losing our last child. I was sitting in the airport and bleeding. Alfred had told me to leave. Later, he put me out. Of course, if we go to court, I'm bringing everyone along. There was a man married to a woman named Tracy. They go to First Baptist Church in Columbus, GA. He drove a big red truck and he made Major. He told me why Al was over looked for Major, but he also told me about the other woman. Now, Alfred told me is breath stunk because he was getting oral treatments. He said he had bad gums and that the dentist was doing some type of work to fix his gums. Well, the treatments weren't working. His breath was so foul, when he would come home in the middle of the night or be gone for weeks. I thought he was sneaking home, and one night he told me, "I'm not sneaking home." Ok. But, when we were fussing today, I told him about the other women and how I put up with what the Army people had done to me. I didn't tell him, how sweet S came to our house one day and confided that she would have done anything to have had a baby and that she was sorry. Ok. But, he lied to me today, and said that he never told our little girl that he told her not to call him anymore. Sorry, but I heard it for myself. I heard him fussing at her, and it was the day before Christmas. Can you imagine having a daddy who never gives you a present from under the Christmas Tree or won't even call you on Christmas Day, but tells you never to call me again. And, the next week has an unlisted number. I know what kind of daddy lies on his little girl. Do you know what kind of a daddy lies on his little girl?	1/12/2011

I believe they were surprised when they discovered that Alfred had told his daughter that he didn't want anything to do with her. I am stunned, as a Marine I want to come there take the in tire administration and ship them off to battle and not let them speak with their family when ever possible. What happened to support, love and understanding the teacher once learned who was on the phone should have protected the kid from other teacher or administrators from doing what they did. Shame on all involved you are cowards, what if it was your child calling to speak with you during class, I bet you would have taken the call and put class on hold.	8/23/2010
P	I forgot about the woman he brought to church. The neighbor next door to where he attended his parties told me that she had no idea that Alfred Parham was my husband (at the time). She said that some of everything goes on at those parties he goes to. And, they took a group picture and the woman that met him at church was in the group picture. This was before cell phones and this was before the birth of our first child. I was in school and he had encouraged me to stay home and to study. I decided that I wanted to go to church. It was almost a heated conversation. I went and I sat down in the Amen Corner-where the wives sit at Liberty Hill Baptist Church. As soon as he sat down in the pulpit, he got up. He got up because the woman was leaving. I went running behind him. I put my arm around his waist and I tried to encourage the woman to stay right along with him. He begged her not to leave and so did I. When he turned around and looked at me, I thought he was going to call me that B word. Oh, that B word came later. When I sat down again beside the Pastor's wife, she told me good job and nodded at the same time. I felt as though I was going through a right of passage. Boy was he mad when I asked him if she had his mother's phone number so she could at least leave a message for him. He said that his mother's phone number had never changed and if she wanted to call she could have called. Talk about his mother. His mother is dead now, bless her soul up in heaven. She actually went into our closets and took his shirts for him. Oh, she loved her son dearly. But, towards the end, she let me know that God was going to take care of him. She told me that a boy ran into his other knee. Now, how did she know that I was praying for something like that to happen. I wanted it to hurt him the next time he was with another woman. She also knew I was playing for church. I thank God for my talents and that's something he could never take away from me.	12/27/2009
P.	I think Sheila might have been under the impression that she was the only one, but there were others. One, Ms. Spy. I won't put out her full name, I think she really was trying to be a friend. I knew something was up, she invited use to a party at her house when we lived in MI. Al knew where the bathroom was, he knew where to get the utensils, he was just making himself right at home. So, I told him, let me go talk to her boyfriend. He looked like he was upset that she had a boyfriend. Well, I had to go to the Embers one night, I can't remember now, but I was looking for someone. Ms. Spy thought I was hunting her down. She hid behind some mutual friends and she was saying that she thought this was how I take care of things. I thought these people were my friends too. I see now that I didn't have any friends. Even my best-friend told me that Alfred goes to bed with everyone he meets. It doesn't matter if he took my friend Denise. She said enough, she said that he can't leave you, because he's your everything. But what about the other females who called me their friend, you know the couple from Georgia who we met in Colorado. He use to call her Sweet S. I never told anyone, but I really didn't like the way you looked at my sister at our wedding. When we were dancing, he looked at her like he wanted to get with her. That's why I didn't invite her, before she got married. Well, I guess most of it is all out now. Now, I know why he left me with a little girl and won't even buy her a Birthday or Christmas gift. In fact, last Christmas, she wanted so much to just wish her daddy a Christmas Hello, he told her not to ever call her again. His voice sounded like a Criminall who through out his last girl. That's the best way I could describe it, if he were to ever talk to my little girl like that again, I hope I can maintain myself. I promised his en-law that I would never lose my cool. However, she lost her cool and she is in prison. I wish I knew her name, I would send her what little that I have. I'm so grateful that she pulled me into her mother-in law's house and together they shared with me how cruel the Parham family can be. She did her best to make me over that night. She didn't know that before we went out to the country house, we first went to a club. The first time Alfred ever took me out for New Year's. Well guess was dancing right at the door with some other dude. Alfred made me turn around and get in the car. Well, it wasn't the first time he denied me dance. It was our first military function. He danced with an old white woman and never danced with me. I danced with one of his friends-Kline. I thought Kline was the most humble person I had ever met. As God as my witness, if he were ever in need which I doubt it, I wouldn't hesitate to share what few dollars I have. Later, I discovered that Alfred told the military that I was an embarrassment to him. OH, I found out much more through friends. He would visit my friends and talk about me, Ms. Y. told me how he would come over to her house and really degrade me. I understand that he was trying to also put me away. He had me to go over to some friends houses for a holiday dinner-they were all psychologists. Alfred took $200 away this month. I didn't even have enough money to give my child a good Christmas. You see Alfred took all of our money and he wanted me to sign my name for a house. My father begged me not to and I'm glad. I would have been obligated to pay for a home that he and Sheila would have been living in. He and his attorney took me to court and I wasn't even there. Social Services tried to get me a phone Court session like before, but to no avail. Before, I had written to former President Bush, and to my surprise I did not have to come up with $1,000 to go to Court. This Judge (Judge McBride III) did not allow for me to have a telephone Court session. I was informed by his secretary that he did not have to do this. I don't know how the State of Georgia can over-ride V.P. Biden. V.P. Biden while he was in Delaware (Senator) saw to it that Alfred Parham's check was garnished. Somehow, Alfred does not have his check garnished anymore. Alfred must be a powerful man to override the Vice President of the United States and the former President of the United States.	12/27/2009
P	I know some day I can get over the physical and mental hurt and damge, but it will truly take time. Can you imagine going to visit your husband and he never shows up to pick you up. He sent a stranger to get me and I waited over 30 minutes at the front desk after my arrival. When I told the woman at the desk that I was going to the room, that's when she called him again. This time I should have left. I pulled back the sheets and there was brown hair in the sheets. Alfred said it belonged to the maid. I asked the woman at the front desk for sheets and she denied me clean sheets and towels. I had to lay in a bed that had another woman's hair in it. It wouldn't have been so bad, except the female soldiers got me. One minute they were facing the wall and next, they had surrounded me and were quickly telling me all they knew about Captain Cecila Jackson - an Army Nurse. I just decided what goes around comes around. But, Cecila took her turn on me more than once. She had my husband out in the pouring rain past 2a.m. packing her van. When he came back his clothes were dry. But, what really hurt was when she told me, "Oh that's right you're the wife." I never pressed charges on either one of them, I just figured, what goes around comes around.	12/6/2009

She preaches to me all of the time about Esther and that I have to live my life like I'm going to see the King! She wants to be a lawyer so she can help poor women who need legal services. God is Good - Help is on the Way! I think Harriet Tubman would be so proud. Harriet Tubman, so I discovered was of a distant relation. She did not like the South and did not want to go to the South. Parham	I can remember Alfred Parham leaving his wallet at home. Before he left, he said that he was at the Nuclear Training Center on base. So, I went to the Nuclear Training Center and the sign read that I would be shot first. I decided to enter and well, I didn't get shot. I actually made it to the front desk and was invited into the classrooms. The desk person even shared the list of students with me to declare that Alfred Parham was not there. I waited until the class started and I was invited to go to the classrooms again. I decided to leave when I saw the look that a foreign person gave me. i knew at that moment that I was somewhere I wasn't suppose to be. When I came home Alfred asked me if I had been shot at. I told him the whole story and he couldn't believe that I had not been shot at. Next, he asked me to go riding in his truck with him. He drove me near a fishing area and said that we were going 4-wheeling. I begged and begged, but he pressed his foot against the pedal and I was down and out. When I came to there was a man picking gravel out of my hair and helping me to get out of the truck. He told me that he was wondering what Alfred had been doing out there. That he had been looking at the area for weeks. You see the whole area was clean, except for this one brick that was sticking out of the grown. The result of the crash meant that I had to walk around the military hospital without shoes and the axle on the truck was broken. Later, Alfred insisted that I drive the truck to nursing school. He followed behind me. He never got the truck fixed. Again, I was upside down. This time the truck was totaled and I was blamed. The day before the accident, Alfred increased is life policy on me for $25,0000. He didn't do anything to me again, until, I was pregnant. He tripped me and I cramped and spotted. Shortly thereafter he put me out. Somewhere during all of this I had to have reconstructive surgery. He tore up my insides. One day, I know I'll be able to tell my whole story. Alfred had my family and friends believing that he loved me so much and that I was the cause of him having to get out of the military. He told my parents how he wanted to put his hands around my neck when I was pregnant. My daughter and I have survived and I hope that God will use to me acquire adequate Child Support Legislation nationally. I was able to have the Georgia State Law changed, but I'm hoping that all military spouses will be able to get their military allotment due from Social Services and that Social Services will provide a lawyer to their clients.	11/3/2009
Parham	I lost so many of my personal possessions. I had purchased an antique desk for my little girl to have for her doll babies and I also had purchased antique jewelry. After Alfred Parham put me out when I was a little over 2 months pregnant, I discovered my jewelry was missing. When we reunited and returned to Georgia, I never received my antique desk or my mother's sewing machine.	11/1/2009

teacher	How many of you are high school teachers or have any immediate family in the military? I fall under both of these categories. The school district does not allow cell phone usage during school hours... bottom line. The cell phone should not have been turned on during school hours. The student should not have answered the call while on school grounds. The student should have hung up the phone when asked by the teacher. And the student should not have retaliated in the way the he did. Are we forgetting why we have rules to follow in the first place? If the student had just followed the rules none of this would have happened. Also, I am sure he would not have been suspended if he wasn't so rude and disrespectful to an authority figure. If you haven'tvbeen in a school setting in a while you wouldn't believe how disrespectful some of these kids can be. I am a teacher and my husband is deployed. I don't have my cell phone on while I am at work. It is not professional. Why should a student be allowed to have their cell phone on? Also, my husband knows what hours I work... it's the exact same every day! So, what does he do? He calls me while I am not at work. I am sure the mother knew what time her child was at school and would have understood if he was unable to answer his cell phone. If it was important she could have contacted the school. I support our troops 110%; however, that is not what this is about. It is about following the rules and standards that are set for us. Bending the rules for 1 person is just going to tell them that they can get away with anything. Is that what we want to be teaching our children?	1/6/2008

JP	Alfred Parham won't even spend time with his own Child. The Court session revealed that Alfred Parham put his foot out during his first visitation, so that the mother of the child would trip over his foot. Therefore, the mother of the child is requesting Supervision for future visits. The item of the $40,000 remains as well as the item of 30% of Alfred Parham's pay. That is, the mother of the child never received money due from the military or has the mother of the child received adequate Child Support via the 30% due. Alfred Parham was claiming a non-taxable income instead of the income received from the State of Georgia.	6/2/2006

I think that that was just dumb because if i were in that situation then i think that i would have done the same thing and if the teacher tried grabbing my phone then i would have moved and anyways i would have not let the teacher even be by me because i already know that they are going to attempt to grab the cell phone so whats the point to even let them get close to you. But still the school did the wrong thing they need to put them selfs in that type of situation and think about it. How would they have felt if that were to happen to them they would have not liked it one bit i bet.	5/9/2005
colin	High Schools are no place for thinkers, doers or the children of the brave. they are programming the average and striving for the mediocre. i am neither suprised by the schools sophmoric approach, nor the 17-year olds reaction. i would call for the resignation of a teacher, demanding that they take notice of the faculty becoming a despotic regeme.	5/9/2005
