cinny a cake recipe with the following ingredients can you tell me what is wrong?
1 cup oil
2 cups castor sugar
2 tspn vanilla
4 jumbo eggs separated
2 and half cups cake flour
3 tspns baking powder
half tspn salt
1 cup hot water

Beat sugar egg yolks oil and vanilla add hot water beat well.Mix in sifted dry ingredients then fold in beaten egg whites. Bake in 360 oven 32 minutes

this cake seems to rise beautifully then sink down once out of the oven. can you see wht the problem is?		 9/20/2009
