And as for the so-called phone calls and voice mail from Paula.....with technology today, all of this could have been staged, forged and the voice could be someone who sounds like Paula. she should have known better, you can't be a celebrity and have sex with a 22 year old young man who is trying to make a name for himself and expect him to keep it quiet. Of course, he is going to be "bragging" about it. I think the judges got wind of it, and kicked him off on a technicality. Scott was arrested for assault and he stayed. I think they were hoping to keep it quiet. Paula looks "higher" every week on the show. If they would have had an affair and she hadn't coached him, or shopped with him, or helped him with an advantage over the other idols, then go for it, but that is not how it happened. I believe every word he said, he was just very angry that she dumped him. |

Two words "IF" it is true "Law Suits" Everyone one of the 20 of 32 who didn't make the final 12 will be in a position to sue Fox and AI for unfair practices that may have jepoardized their chances in the competition.
I fully acknowledge Corey is doing this for publicity - what other reason could there be as he has notihing to gain other than that. The evidence was VERY persuading with the voice recordings, reciepts, eye witness accounts etc. I'd be worried if it were my job on the line. |

I think both Corey and Paula have made mistakes here. Most serious is Paula's mistake because it will have a terrible backlash for her. I am no lawyer, but I believe the contestants that did not make it to the next levels can all argue that they might have replaced Corey's spot. After viewing the interviews last evening, I can see where some of these people were deprived from their big chance in the sun, they also suffered a lot of hurt. All of this can mean lawsuits and big bucks in civil courts. I also think that there is legal precedence (a big Quiz show back in the 60's) where the FCC found it illegal to "fix" the outcome of a game show. Certainly this qualifies for that. Paula and Amercan Idol are in big doo doo. |

But it appears that he was hurt because after he got kicked off the show, Paula didn’t have anything else to do with him. But I believe the foremost reason Corey is kissing and telling is so that he can launch his career with his tell all book and cd. If it weren’t for the other contestants that got cheated out of a spot, I’d just say, oh well Paula, you just got busted.
