Water with Memory? Unbelievable becomes believable

In 1988, Dr. Jacques Benveniste's published a paper in nature regarding the memory retention properties of water. This soon became a scientific controversy as the experiment by which Dr. Jacques Benveniste’s group came to the conclusion opposed the natural laws of physics. Can a liquid when diluted 120 times still retain the properties of the original solution? A little more insight on this interesting argument.
