Carol A. Smith I believe in the death penalty. As far as I am concerned, it you don't want to be held responsible for doing something wrong and idiotic, then don't do the deed! We no longer seem to hold people accountable for things they do that are wrong. They get a slap on the hand and that's about the size of it. Our judicial system lacks the courage and accountability it had many years ago and that is because when we elect people to office and they mess up, we are dumb enough to continue to elect them.
