Theresa Splenda is probably the worst idea. No offense. When the body craves sugar and you use an artificial sweetener you end up eating more because your body is sub-consciencley craving sugar.
It is better to use a sweetener like natural Agave nectar.
Splenda was rejected by the FDA 8 or 9 times before it finally past. It is no good for you.
