Waterfall model doesnt work anymore, everyone is working on agile.
my personal experience says this. I tried to get a project done using watefall but my outsourcing company screwed up and almost doubled the cost.
Then i switched to another company called appliedeye(appliedeye dott com), these guys only worked on agile-scrum and my project was done in 3 weeks(spent 9 months earlier and reachd nowhere) |

I have some doubts. Namely, also a phase "strategic phase" of SDLC Model (in its extended version) is called "feasibility study". Maybe it is so, because the phases in the extended version of SDLC Model are non-separate ? |
