prerna Hello Dancing girl.

When you get periods your body gets bloated giving you a "fat Feeling". Ideally PMS, depression and body bloating accompanies periods. So this is normal. It usually subsides when you periods are over.

My suggestion is that a week before your periods try and have as many non-bloating foods like fibre enriched foods, wheat bran, drink lots of water and ideally make a banan the first fruit in your breakfast and not after that in a meal. Bananas help in reducing puffiness thanks to their content of potassium in them.

Cheers

TOOTSIE10 Hello,
I have lost a total twenty-three pounds! Sometimes it was easy and sometimes it was not easy. You must have optimal nutrients in your body. Your body is a miracle! If you take care of it it will take care of you. I cxould koick myself over and over to discover this in my later years.

prerna Hi jackie,

You ideally take it in moderation, say about 1 teaspoonful in a cup of water, I think that should help, any sweeter and it could add in more calories than you would want really! :)

cheers
