| Hi Ashu, Thanks for your question. Sleep patterns are generally a thing that depends on your life style. Your 8 hourly sleep in the night helps in the release of a hormone known as growth hormone. This is true with all of us! This typically happens at a little after mid-night. the release of this growth hormone helps us in feeling fresh the next day and in short completes your beauty sleep. People partying hard in the night tend to get dark circles and other wrinkles because the growth hormone does not get released at the time specified as you are still partying away. The growth hormone as the name suggests includes all the hormones that balances our growth. With age there is a decrease in this hormonal balance causing signs of old age like wrinkles, crows feet etc. There is a lot of research going on in this field. In short if you need ot retain your youth, follow the old adage of early to bed and early to rise! Hope this helps Cheers PRERNA |
