Buddyhead I really hate from here on to enternity. The reason why? He, his bandmates and any other so-called 'nu-metal' band (excluding Deftones, System of a Down, Slipknot and Mushroomhead) are very bad examples of making metal music of any form whatsoever. These bands would possibly got together, stayed in the same arae they live until the A&R guy pops into town and signs them and they get a major label deal only the presumption is that when they get the deal, they get bashed about with executives telling how they're material should sound and that's why any band who play generic style of metal and a genre that is hated a lot is seen dying out. I always hated nu-metal for what it is and what it stands for, because there are other better bands or sub-genres that are better like bands for example Neurosis, Killswitch Engage, Isis, 100 Demons, Drowningman, Botch, The Dillinger Escape Plan, The Locust, Wives, Fantomas, etc and the genres are a whole lot better like metalcore, grindcore, doom, thrash, prog(ressive), avent garde as well as black metal. These are the bands and genres that has kept true to the spirit of underground music where you tour alot, release an album through a small independent label and if the band gains popularity and a major label wnats to sign them, these bands would have a priority of having artistic or creative freedom. Poison The Well, Eighteen Visions, Hatebreed, Shadows Fall have done this. At the end of the day, nu-emtal is a load of falseness and should never been invented. I laughed so hard at the Fred Durst sex tape because there was something wrong with his penis and it's gave me nightmares as well since I cringed seeing Fred doing that 'o' mouth expression. He needs to be beaten up on while Napalm Death is playing in the background. 3/8/2005
