Rajeeb I am planning a tour to Pondy with my Wife.
Please suggest me a good guest house (economical) having beach /sea view. How good are the Guest Houses run by Aurobindo Ashram.
List me the places & beaches to visit in & out Pondy.
Thanks.

Susan Hi - I read your posting with interest. By any chance would you have an e-mail address for the Surya Swastika? Thanks for any help you can give. SFR 7/9/2006
Charles Nice tone and flow -- painted a picture and made me chuckle 5/12/2006
Kaarth u should have watched the Auro beach and the places which Firea had recommended. Also if possible do take a walk in the streets of pondicherry near the beach circle. the construction of the French is remarkable, that u never get lost near the beach - mean allroads lead to the beach; like all roads lead to Rome. Amazing and flabbergasting, indeed ! 2/24/2006
Kaarth that's too good, pal 2/24/2006
Firea Yes, the Pizza Hut is on Rue Bussy (originally, Rue de Bussy, now Lal Bahadur Shastri Street).

You should have got off the beaten track and gone to see the Arikamedu and Chunnambar with its Paradise beach too!
