Very "heart on sleeves". Yeah I know how you feel. I once felt it for a girl I once knew. But in the end you have to live your life for yourself. Find a hobby you really love, for example; that way your life won't be so 'empty'.
About the piece itself, I find that it reads more like prose rather than poetry. Not saying it doesn't have any literary merit; I think you have captured the loss of a relationship quite well. |
