James I don't do anything stated in the voting options. I take lots of fluid, rest, eat healthy food including garlic and fruits and fresh veggies and have drinks containing vitimin C. Just common sense, looking after your body stuff really. You don't run marathon when you have a broken leg do you? 12/6/2008
ryan i feel like $hit... no more no less... 7/4/2008
richard i agree with the chicken soup and pepper. when i was a child dad would use pepper on salt pork for a sore throat a mustard pack for your chest, ginger would break a fever. years ago we did not have all thease doctors giveing us antibiotics causeing more people to end up sicker from after affects. in the imune system. i have always been a ferm believer in home made chicken soup. or plain ol chicken broth with lots of pepper. 3/30/2008
Rick Dunkley I am still in the process of recovering from what has been the worst case of the flu I have ever had. I have been taking everything. DayQuil (no good), NiQuil (helped alot. But needed to take more than once in a night). My mother (of course) recomended Chicken Soup and to drink 7-Up (Actually, the 7-Up helped). However, the most effective that helped me was Robitussin - Cough & Congestion. One I took this I started to feel a major improvement. My body aches started to fade and I feel that I may be able to go to work again. I have been in bed for the past 4 days so this will be nice. I highly recommend Robitussin though. I tried the generic brand and it did not do it. I can't explain that but buy the real stuff. 4/8/2007
