Noura	Thank you for this, but such advices will probably lead us to have a weak personality, i mean every relation in life (boss-employee), (teacher-student), (parents-daughters and sons) requires understanding from both sides, not only on side. When I start sacrificing and try to adapt on a wrong behaviour from my boss...this is not true...my boss should know he is wrong and should work on himself too...as i do as an employee.	3/2/2009

menash	What about the Right Attitude!! You have told about the adjustment with BOSS. Because he is a Boss. I am not sure about this in professional managed companies but in proprietory based company this the only way it will help. I also wanted to know if your is professionally mangaged company is this flattery work is important or mind your business attitude work after all we are also concerned about company and job.	7/2/2005
