Pam I try to save money, and I've been having facials at the plastic surgeons office. The facials are one hundred twenty five dollars. Is there a facial
out of office setting that I could get that would be less expensive but just as good?

Patsy Walton I agree that there are benefits to having facials. I am a Jafra cosmetics consultant and our new skin care line with Intellishield is great for your skin. Intellishield creates an invisible, netted shield that behaves like a "second skin." As the permeable shield forms, your skin is allowed to breathe, moisture is locked in an environmental aggressors are blocked out before they reach your skin. The results? Ultimate protection and Optimum moisturization. 7/17/2008

Hi Indira,

Thanks for your post. I think you need to check in some aspects before going in for a treatment. Acne can be due to a lot of things, stress, genetic make up, food, lack of water, sleep, hormonal imbalances.

what you can start on are elisted below:
1) Check your water intake. If possible store water in a copper jar or a vessel purely made of copper. Fill it up in the night and drink as much water as you can first thing the next morning. If you acne is due to an upset stomach, with a week to ten days depending upon how fast the reaction shows on you, you'll find them disappearing.

2) Try using a small paste of nutmeg powder in some cold mik. Use this paste on your acne and see the results.

3) If you know about Triffla powder, in Ayurveda, have a aplm ful of the powder with water in the night after meals and see the effects.

4) At most times, the isides of your stomach and system are not clean which leads to these outbursts. Despite the nature of your skin, water therapy is most effective.

5) check in to your quota of exercise. You don't have to possess a pencil like figure to refrain from exercise. Exercise keeps you away from gases and keeps your body steched and supple. Your digestive system also is in constant check with exercise.

6) Lastly please add loads of fruits and veggies to your diet. If you are a non veg eater, add in more of fish in your diet and go easy on meat and chicken. And please avoid outside food

Hope this helps,

Cheers
