Chakrapani Dear Prerna, After reading some of your articles I thought of sending an appreciation towards your work for the betterment of society. Please let me know more about shapping up a good child for this society. I want my daughter to work for a better society. 3/30/2008
Bookworm17 When I was little and did something wrong, my father spanked me, my mother stood me in the corner. I find both to be equally effective in my case since I didn't press my luck with either of them. It didn't scar me for life and I don't consider spanking to be a bad form of discipline since a simple swat never hurt anybody. That's all we're talking about, a quick swat on the behind, not getting a switch or tearing them up with a belt buckle. 8/21/2007

Tanya I don't believe in spanking children, however my husband does. I rather talk to my child "firmly" while he rather spank them. 2/24/2005
