Mindy I'm a Scorpio and love bright red...it complements my dark hair and white skin. Bright red is sexy! I have the dewy skin type you described above. I drink LOTS of water.

Other tips:

Scorpio girls should try pedicures in shades of red polish. Fair Scorpios (like me) would do well with rich bright reds and blue-reds, tomato reds. Medium or tanned Scorpios would do well with orange reds. Dark-skinned or black Scorpios would do well with wines, plums, and burgundy shades that have a hint of shimmer.
