A Tennis Elbow or Lateral Epicondylitis is a condition when the outer part of the elbow becomes painful and tender, usually as a result of a specific strain, overuse, or a direct bang. Sometimes it’s rather difficult to find a specific cause to this condition.

doodler so my bf had this problem and he uses an elbow strap to protect the joint which has a bulge there. docs said that it could be operated but they said to go for surgery on if it gets too painful.thanks for the article. will read it to get more information 7/26/2006
Roland Ouellett Ihave suddenly come up with this symptom, but I think it is due to injury by carrying a heavy object wrong as I tripped. Nothing seems to work and your article is good advice re injections. At 69, I don't ex[ect complete relief but any advice is good. Thanks, Roland Ouellette 7/1/2006
