Carol K Comer Hello,
I am on vacation in Guatemala and have an ankle sprain that is not too bad. If I wrap it in elastic bandage can I walk on it or should I get some crutches while it heals? In other words will movement and weight on it make it worse or help heal it? Thank you...is no fun staying in my room while on vacation
