| Jen Walshe | Proofreading articles before posting them is often very beneficial; you might want to think about doing this in the future, although the lack of correction has provided some good laughs here. Especially the following: "Eggs may also be allergic to some people". Yeah, I HATE it when my eggs turn out to be allergic to me! They break out in rashes whenever I touch them! |

| HI donald, Thanks for posting your comment. Yeah true good things come in small packages, so the best bet today is that you limit your consumption of eggs and not eradiicate it. Meanwhile you can follow this up with a good 20 minutes of cario exercises on either the treadmill, or in the woods or even on the slope for that matter, or simply climb a great many flight of stairs to keep you hale and hearty! To your good heath! Do keep visiting Buzzle from time to time! Cheers prerna |

| Donald Grimshaw | Hi Prerna There is some doubt about whether dietry cholestrol is harmful. especially in eggs due to the high lecithin content in them. Eggs are without doubt the most nutritious food we can eat. And compare the price of them to other foods makes them ten times more valuable. | 4/18/2005 |
| Hi Aurthur, You are right about the cholesterol bit, in that case the yellow part or the yolk of the egg can be avoided and the whites can be had; in its best boiled form! Cheers prerna |

| Arthur Greenber | According to some cardiologists, some people should not eat eggs due to high cholesterol and many should limit themselves to a couple a week. | 1/22/2005 |
