Hi Agbai, Thanks for your comment. Cinnamon is gnerally available in the form of brown sticks, that resemble thick peels liek a thick bark of the tree. You could roas these and then powder them in a food processor. Best of luck! Cheers prerna |

If honey and cinnamon mixture ca help in conceiving. Then, this info must be pass o to others as there are a lot of people desperate to have their own children. Maybe, this is a special mixture that is given by God. I hope it really helps. |

Its probably been lifted from somewhere, I have had done some research for this one my friend. But there's one drawback when you write on the net you see, you can never be sure who's wanting to take charge of something that you have written so diligently!

Someone e-mailed me the articles on "Honey & Cinnamon cures most deseases" in September '04, but it also included "weight loss" in it; however, all it says is to take it 1/2 hour before breakfast and before going to sleep. It says to boil honey & cinnamon powder in 1 cup of water, but it does not say how much to put in the water. Can you tell me somethng about this?
