I am walking since couple of months now, although i was thinking about it since many years. I feel that after morning brisk walk a person is benefitted physically and spiritually.Athough most important thing is to make it a habbit and for which effort is needed.If we suceed then the benefits are enormous.So i would call on youngsters to start waliking from today itself. |

I have just started to morning walk to loose some weight and these added benefits have motivated me even more.. hope to reduce 2-3 kgs at least in a month . my goal is about 7-8 kgs though. |

Here I live on the other side of globe and here I find many people do benefit and get fit by morning walk. As the summer days are long and nights short so I had a rest of one month for and just I have started again. Beside other at my 55 this turns my sexual desire UP so this makes a little disturbance. I can get hardly controle of my weight as I'm over weight. I do take my dinner very simple boiled vegitabe but can't bring few kilos down. Help me.. |
