Sheba Personally, I think that this person should come to their senses and realise that they don't have the shelter, food, money or time to look after all these animals and that she should call the appropriate services (probably a local animal shelter) who will take the dogs and take good care of them. That way, you aren't bothered and neither is she.
About the other neighbour, I don't think there is much you can do about his personal preference of breeds. Perhaps the best thing you can do at the moment is move. =)		 12/29/2004

Cedric. I'll say what you're trying to say -- turn the neighbor in to the appropriate authorities. I know people who feed feral / stray cats, and, unless your neighbor is spaying these dogs, she's doing them a disservice. 12/2/2004
