The concept of having food good for you charted out in a pyramid sounds awesome...but it really is simpler than that. Most of it we already know and practice.

alan. yes eggs are high in chlolesterol however you are wrong to say they may be bad for you as the cholesterol is the H D L type not the bad L DL..
the Tibeton monks have one egg yoke raw per day no white .IFyou cook or beat an egg you destroy all the enzymes.
